No 1 Family Estate is a boutique Methode Champenoise winery founded in 1997 by owners Adele & Daniel Le Brun, who are respectively the Marketing Manager and Winemaker. They set about creating a winery dedicated solely to the production of only Methode Traditionelle. Our award-winning winemaker who pioneered the making of Methode Traditionelle in Marlborough 25 years ago is continuing the tradition of his family, who after 12 generations still produce Champagne near Epernay, France
