The property is fully fenced with gates, spacious with a very large grassy lawn suitable for outdoor living and for a child play area.
Cottage is private and not attached or adjoining you are completely private and independent. There are two courtyards with outdoor furniture the connection between the two units is through an lockable door which is also sound proof, both the separate sections have their own individual entrance hall at the front.

2 Bedroom 1 Queen bed, 2 Singles.
Studio 1 Queen Bed, Fold out Double Sofa Bed
Both 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom with shower, WC and hand-basin
Kitchen:
2 Bedrooms have full Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery is provided
Studio has convection Microwave, 2 Burner hob, fridge/freezer, all cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery provided.
Laundrette:
Washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner
Living Room:
TV and audio stereo system, dining room table and chairs, Sofa and armchairs. Studio has a Sofabed that converts in to a fold out Double bed.
Outside courtyards with a BBQ, table, chairs and sun shade and car parking for 2 cars.

Linen/Towels are cleaned regularly and are provided.
