Rates
A deposit of 25% is applicable for confirmation of booking, this is a non refundable fee, all rates are for a minimum of 7 nights stay.
Winter stays will have an addition of 50 dollars per week to the base rate charged for the month, the summer stays will have
an additional 80 dollars to the base rate.
All rates are to be payed in the NZ dollar and at the current exchange rate.
If booking is in advance of 4 weeks or earlier then a discounted rate will be charged, final payment outstanding is completed on arrival.
