Welcome to Marlborough Villa, its located in the northeast of the South Island. Marlborough is known for its dry climate, the picturesque sights and Marlborough Sounds, and not to forget sauvignon blanc wine.

Much of this region's population is found around the coastal parts to the south of the mouth of the Wairau, and in smaller settlements along the coast.
Local towns in Marlborough include Havelock, Renwick, Ward, and Seddon. Famous residents of Marlborough include the world-famous rocket scientist William Pickering and Nobel Prize-winning physicist Ernest Rutherford.

This villa/cottage in Marleborough is available for rent, it is an ideal place for family and friends travelling together or just taking some breathing space. The minimum stay for a rental is about 7 days and extra rental charges are given if the stay is longer, if booking in advance for more than 1 week a reduced rent will be given.
It sleeps up to 4 people separated in to two sections of the cottage with the other part being a studio, both parts of this house has its own entry and outside terrace, and both can be rented at the same time or if prefered just one.
The cottage is a a dettached private building and is not attached to other properties in its area, giving maximum privacy and independance. Not to far is the beach with clean water and white sands, but there are more activities around this perfect location.
